Paul Boston

Paul is one of the three founding directors of Novia Financial. In the 7 years since launch, the business has attracted in excess of £4.5 billion sales and hit profitability 3 years after launch. In this period Novia was also responsible for the development of the AEGON wrap. This experience has been extended to the recent launch of our new multi-currency, offshore platform, Novia Global. Novia Financial was created out of a genuine desire to put the client at the head of the food chain, and every Novia development starts with the question "how will this enable the client to achieve the best possible outcome from the investment decision they make"?

Prior to this Paul spent 7 years helping launch the Selestia platform which latterly became the Skandia platform. Whilst there, Paul helped project manage a large number of IFAs making the transition from traditional transactional selling to relationship based financial advice with the aim of increasing business values, reducing unit cost and mitigating business risk.
